Miss Magnificent Pageantry ("we," "us," "our") is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. We respect the privacy of our participants, families, donors, and website visitors, and are committed to protecting the information you share with us.

Information We Collect

When you register for a pageant, donate, or contact us, we may collect: your name and contact information; your participant's name, age, and documentation of a disability or special need (such as an IEP, 504 plan, physician's note, or SSI documentation); and, if you consent, photos or videos of your participant taken at our events.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information you provide to process registrations, communicate with families, verify eligibility, process donations, and — only with your explicit consent, as outlined in our registration photo release — to share photos or videos on our website, social media, or promotional materials.

Third-Party Services

We use trusted third-party services to operate our website and collect information, including Jotform (registration forms) and PayPal (donations). These services have their own privacy policies governing how they handle your data, which we encourage you to review.

Children's Privacy

Many of our participants are minors. We only collect information about a participant with a parent or guardian's knowledge and consent through our registration process, and photo/video usage is governed entirely by the consent choices made on that form.

Data Security

We take reasonable steps to protect the information you share with us, but no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

Your Choices

You may contact us at any time to ask what information we have on file, request corrections, or withdraw photo/video consent for future use (previously shared materials may not be able to be recalled).

By using this website, you agree to use it for lawful purposes only. All content, including our logo and branding, belongs to Miss Magnificent Pageantry unless otherwise noted. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of external sites we link to, including PayPal, Jotform, and Facebook.
