Congratulations to Ti M. on being crowned King and winning the Talent Competition for his performance of the “Drummer Boy” on the Tuba. Also, congratulations to Claudia P. on being crowned Queen. She did a beautiful rendition of Kelly Clarkson’s “Because of You”. Laura, Yanis, and Xochitl also received participation awards. Thanks to Ms. Avila and her Southwest High School Cosmetology students for volunteering their time to do hair and make-up on the pageant contestants. This really made the contestants look and feel beautiful. Also, thank you to Mr. Hays, Kary Driesse, Felicia Gates and her student council students, Mr. Black, Janet Perry, Best Buddies, and Theater Arts for their help and support. None of this would be possible with the vision of Lillian Reeves, the Founder of the Miss & Mr. Magnificent Pageant.
